At Ride Gravitas, we stand behind the quality of our apparel; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
